By downloading, installing, or using the GarageHub mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GarageHub is a mobile application designed to help hobby mechanics and car enthusiasts track vehicles, manage parts inventory, log maintenance history, and research vehicle-related information. The Service includes features for tracking multiple vehicles, scheduling maintenance, and managing parts inventory.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, defamatory, or obscene content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, photos, notes, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the User Content you upload.

6. Subscription and Payments

The Service may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are provided in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive behavior.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

The Service is not intended as a substitute for professional automotive advice. Always consult qualified mechanics for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
